Charlene Goodwin of Ferguson Realtors has been the ideal agent from the beginning! When I contacted her, she heard my requirements and desires and she helped me to find the ideal condo. I cannot begin to adequately express my deep appreciation and gratitude for all the continuous support she gave me in the residence housing process. Her knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, thoroughness, and network have helped me to answer my housing questions in the TN area. I first met Charlene Goodwin of Ferguson Realtors over the phone - thanks to the unprofessionalism performed by 'another' local realty office. I was up in the Knoxville area for a four-day stay and by the end of my stay, I wanted to have put in an offer towards a vacant property - but the office I had been in contact with had, to my dismay, put my priorities aside. I phoned up Charlene's office from out of a real estate guide book. I explained my dilemna  to them and they put me in touch with Charlene. Within a 24 hr period, not only was I presented with approximately 20 different listings but they were hand delivered to my hotel! Within 2 days, Charlene personally escorted me in her vehicle to have a look at listings I had marked. Being familiar with the area, weather conditions, and my own needs, Charlene put my best interest first. If she felt like a property wasn't the best for me, she informed me so, instead of just selling it because of making a sale. I can't say how much that gesture was and still is appreciated. Charlene may not have made much on the property I did eventually buy but she made a friend for life instead. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a property, she is great!

She is incredibly personable and instantly becomes a part of your family. She understands what your “dream home” is and keeps a sharp eye out for just that. At the same time, she’s always been so good about pointing out great features about a home, as well as potential issues that we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. In selling our home, she put so much effort into keeping our listing as visible as possible, and was always available for advice and assistance. We were very happy with the outcome of both buying and selling with Charlene/Ferguson and would recommend both without any hesitation.
